At the very centre of good Facilities Management is a great service ethic, one which KentLincs prides itself with being able to achieve through the quality of the team who are completing the projects and tasks. The experience gained and developed over the years has enabled us to excel in offering a comprehensive package to cover all your buildings needs and requirements.
KentLincs has the expertise to handle virtually any interior building construction, commercial and office refurbishment or premises and facility maintenance requirement.
From our Head Office in Rochester, Kent, we provide specialist teams to service individual projects throughout the UK - predominantly in the South and South East of England. These range from specialist works requiring careful research, planning and development, through property maintenance and facilities management contracts, to major refurbishment and construction projects complying with rigorous health and safety regimes.
Every project is carefully planned and closely monitored by an experienced management team supported by a skilled and committed workforce whose aim is to get every project right first time and completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
Whether it is a leak or blockage, heating or air conditioning breakdown, gas or electrical fault, roofing or building fabric issues, there are many ways in which problems can arise with your property and KentLincs is set up to look after all of them.
Designed from the ground up by highly experienced professionals, KentLincs is a team of time-served, multi-skilled, fully-trained and qualified trade people who are organised to deliver outstanding levels of customer service and technical excellence. We do not just understand the building industry, we understand business.
We all know the horror stories surrounding the property maintenance trade. That is exactly why KentLincs was founded. We are a business specifically designed to look after your property maintenance needs, from your drains to your roof and everything in between.
Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) or planned maintenance fall into two categories. Some works have to be carried out to comply with legislation, and other works can be carried out as part of an overall maintenance programme, so as to save your time and budget in the future.
Planned maintenance should form part of your overall maintenance plans, balancing maintenance spend between planned and reactive works.
Our project managers will work with you to draw up an annual planned preventative maintenance schedule to keep you compliant with current legislation. This will be based on the assets you have within your building or across your portfolio. The resulting
maintenance plan ensures that works are carried out when required, test certificates are kept up to date and additional remedial
work is undertaken if required.
